Cancellation Policy

You have the right to reconsider your decision and cancel any service request within 30 minutes of making a payment. If you cancel within this timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund, which will be processed on the next working day. This policy is designed to give you sufficient time to confirm your decision without penalty. The refund processing time might vary between a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 7 days.

Exceptions on Sundays and Holidays

For services opted on Sundays, we provide an extended cancellation buffer of 18 hours for the ‘One-Day’ service option, meaning thereby, the client might expect a delay of 18 hours in service on Sundays or Holidays. Similarly, any services promised within a one-day (24 hours) timeframe that are not delivered as agreed are eligible for a full refund, unless there are justifiable reasons for the delay by Adjuva Legal LLP. Please note that public holidays are exempt from the one-day delivery rule, although we will make every effort to complete services on time.

Service Commencement

Please be aware that your paperwork will only begin after the initial 30-minute reconsideration period has passed. This ensures that any last-minute cancellations do not proceed unnecessarily.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate details when submitting forms on our website. Adjuva Legal LLP is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the information you provide, such as email IDs, phone numbers, or addresses. It is crucial that these details are double-checked before submission to avoid any complications with your service or refund process.

Initiate a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us via email, chat, or phone. Once the cancellation is processed, your data might be removed from our servers, except for your name and email address to track the refund process. Refunds are attached to the email ID provided and not the phone number, as email communication is prioritized.
