Confirmation Before Shipping

At Adjuva Lega LLP, we prioritize accuracy and client satisfaction. To ensure that all documents meet your specific requirements and are correctly processed, we require confirmation from our clients before dispatching any papers. This policy helps us maintain high standards of service and document security.

How It Works

  1. Review: Once your documents are prepared, we will send you a draft for review.
  2. Confirmation: After reviewing the draft, you must confirm that the documents are accurate and meet your expectations. This confirmation must be sent in writing (via email or our client portal).
  3. Declaration: We will share a declaration link (e.g. https://adjuvalegal.com/declaration-by-husband/) with the applicant. Once, we get this declaration form filled and signed, then, after cross-checking the address of the client/applicant, we will dispatch papers.
  4. Shipping: We will proceed to ship the documents to the address provided using India Post service.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted courier services to ensure that your documents reach you safely and promptly. The available shipping options include:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) – Registry
  • Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days) – Speed Post

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your documents are shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message. This number will allow you to track the progress of your shipment directly on the courier’s website. Please note that the track ID might not be shared every time, so the client is expected to ask for the same.

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping options to accommodate our global clients. Please be aware that international shipping may involve longer transit times and additional customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Amendments and Cancellations

If you need to amend any details in your documents or wish to cancel the shipment after confirmation, please contact us immediately. We are committed to accommodating your requests whenever possible, but please note that changes or cancellations after the dispatch are not possible.
