Okay, guys, this is just heartbreaking. A 34-year-old software engineer in Bengaluru, Atul Subhash, was found dead in his apartment last week.
And it gets worse. He left behind a 24-page suicide note detailing the absolute hell he was going through because of his wife and her family. 💔
I know, right? 24 pages! It’s like a whole novel of despair. In the note, Atul accuses his wife, Nikita Singhania, and her family of basically torturing him.
We’re talking non-stop mental and emotional abuse, false accusations, and even trying to bleed him dry for cash.
They hit him with a ton of bogus lawsuits, dragging him and his parents through the mud.
Can you imagine the stress? 🤯
Atul wrote about how trapped and alone he felt. Like, no matter what he did, there was no escape.
It’s scary AF because this kind of stuff can happen to anyone, even someone who seems to have it all together. 😔
And get this, before he took his own life, Atul actually reached out to an NGO and even recorded a video message naming names!
He called out five people, including a family court judge, who he felt were responsible for his situation.
This is messed up on so many levels and makes you wonder how we support victims of domestic abuse, especially men.
Why is it still so hard for guys to speak up? 🤔
Right now, the Bengaluru police are investigating, but Atul’s family is asking for some time because of, well, you know, everything that’s going on.
This whole thing is a total dumpster fire, and it’s got everyone talking about domestic abuse, how we need to do better for victims, and how important it is to just be kind to each other, for real.
If you’re feeling lost or trapped, please know that you’re not alone.
Some people care and want to help.
